Lex is a St. Louis-based artist making all different kinds of work.  Currently he is working mostly on digital images.  He has shown and performed his work in different places, mostly in California where he used to live, including Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and City Limits Gallery.  He has participated in residencies at Monson Arts and the Wassaic Project.  He has too many degrees--a stupid MFA from California College of the Arts, a cool and fun BA from Marlboro College, and a useful and good MEd from the University of Missouri St. Louis.  He is the co-director of Cunst Gallery, a gallery in St. Louis, and plays the saxophone too.
